We specialize in decontamination for trauma scenes (i.e. crime scenes, homicides, suicides, undiscovered deaths, commercial and industrial accidents, dead animal decomposition and removal), as well as all categories of water loss such as Category 1,2,and 3, sewage damage, mold remediation, smoke and fire damage, mold inspections and testing, contents cleaning, carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning, (See our Division sections).
Owned and operated by Rich and Candy Ross. Rich is an IICRC Master Textile Cleaner, Master Water Restorer, Master Fire & Smoke Restorer. He is an American BioRecovery Association (ABRA) Certified Instructor. With over 34 years in the cleaning and restoration field. He has owned a janitorial company and a carpet cleaning and restoration company. Rich has worked for Great Lakes Steamway Distributors in Wayne Michigan doing sales of chemicals, equipment; Training and Technical Support and drying projects for 5 States and Canada while working there.
Rich brings a deep understanding and a wealth of knowledge of real world job conditions to handle or help you resolve your job problems. He has presented and spoken at several Trade Shows, Conferences and Work Shops on various topics. While many companies claim to be qualified, we have the credentials and on-the-job experiences.
